Are you worried about your child’s well-being?
Would you like them to have a safe, nurturing space to explore their feelings?
Are you hoping your child can regulate their emotions more calmly?
Why Play Therapy
In play therapy, children bring their wishes, fears, and feelings to the room and explore them through play - their natural language. Play provides a safe, expressive outlet that allows them to communicate what words alone can’t always express. Through play we gain valuable insight into their inner world. This understanding is then used to support them therapeutically.

How does it work?
Each session is tailored to your child’s unique way of expressing themselves - whether that’s through play, creativity, or conversation.
We use a child-centred approach, working at the child’s pace, to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. This supportive environment enables children to express themselves freely and begin to make sense of their feelings and experiences.
Hello! I am Dalia,
I am a BAPT (British Association of Play Therapists) qualified Play Therapist with a background in Child Therapy, Social Work, and Children’s Entertainment. I work with children experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges, providing a safe and supportive space for them to explore and express their feelings.
I offer play therapy sessions in St John’s Wood, London, and also work in schools across the surrounding areas.

"We’ve had an amazing experience with Dalia. She’s incredibly warm and patient, and she is so engaging with my 5 year old son. She connected with him right away, and she knows how to draw him into activities in a fun, gentle way."
Parent of 5-year-old boy
"We’ve seen real improvements in his confidence and communication, and she always explains how we can support him at home. I would highly recommend her to any family looking for a skilled, compassionate play therapist."
